Emergency
Emergency service in the heating season
From 1 October to 30 April we can be reached daily until 10 pm by our maintenance customers – for heating failures, burst pipes or faults in oil, gas, pellet and heat pump systems.
So that we can reach our maintenance customers quickly, the emergency service is reserved for them.

Do you come to new customers in an emergency?
The emergency service is reserved for our maintenance customers. We help new customers as quickly as possible during regular hours.
How often should the heating be serviced?
Once a year, ideally before the heating season. It saves energy and prevents breakdowns.
Do you help with subsidies?
We advise on KfW and BAFA and compile the technical documents for your application.
What does a quote cost?
The visit and quote are free and without obligation.
